Clinical Supervision

Get Psych'd offers clinical supervision for mental health professionals, including psychologists, counsellors, social workers at various points in their professional journey.

Our supervisor is an AHPRA / Psychology Board of Australia Approved Supervisor and has a particular interest and expertise in the support of early career professionals / Provisional Psychologists and in youth mental health.

We offer clinical supervision both in person (based in Bendigo), and telehealth.

Individual Supervision

We offer supervision for individuals and can provide primary and secondary internship supervision for Provisional Psychologists completing their 4+2 or 5+1 pathways.

Many mental health professionals require ongoing clinical supervision to gain and maintain their registration and/or accreditation. At Get Psych'd we recognise it as a crucial component in the professional development of health professionals, and in ensuring quality, professional and ethical care for clients.

Clinical supervision provides an opportunity for:

Discussion about client cases
Reflection on practice and processes within therapy and with clients
Discussion about ethical dilemmas
Sharing of knowledge and expertise relevant to practice
Development of clinical skills
Safe, non-judgmental and compassionate debriefing

Clinical supervision for individuals costs $205 (incl. GST) per session.

Meet Harrison

Having completed a 4+2 internship pathway to become a Registered Psychologist, Harrison is passionate about supporting early career / Provisional Psychologists in their professional journey.

Harrison has years of experience in the mental health system across public and private practice, with extensive experience working with youth and young adults. Harrison has specific experience in working with PTSD and complex trauma, anxiety and depression, bullying and school refusal.

Harrison has trained in a number of different therapeutic frameworks including:

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
Trauma-focused Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills
