Student Placements

Get Psych'd is committed to providing meaningful placement opportunities for tertiary students. We are passionate about helping students to realise their career aspirations and enabling them to apply theoretical learning in the real world, in a supportive and professional environment.

We engage students undertaking a tertiary course in the areas of psychology, social work or counselling.

We offer a limited number of student placements each year. Student placements are considered through an expression of interest process.

What we need from you

If you wish to express your interest in undertaking placement at Get Psych'd, please download and complete the below Student Placement Expression of Interest Form.

What we will do

Expressions of Interest will be reviewed and responded to within 2 weeks.

Get Psych'd has limited capacity to support student placements at any given time. Requests for student placements at Get Psych'd will be assessed by how relevant the student's coursework and placement requirements are to our aims, values and services for youth and young adults, and our capacity to facilitate placements.
